When wholesale jeweler Mickey Lynn decided to launch a retail website, they struggled with their identity— hard. Looking to high-end fashion for inspiration left them hitting all the wrong notes. After much persuasion on my part, and a lot of soul searching on their part, I was able to convince them that the best possible brand story was their own real story.
