A B2B2C client with a historically buttoned-up tone took a risk and let me humanize their story. The video series performed very well, with viewers praising its humor and engaging nature. We also created an entire library of “stock photography” the client could use for future ads, and instead of the typical tech/business imagery, we leaned into the the warm and friendly.
The client's CEO called the campaign "refreshing," and I wholeheartedly agree.
