For the last six years at Cox, my work has lived where big ideas meet real business needs. I build the stories behind launches, define how we show up in the market, and make sure every touchpoint sounds unmistakably us. I take dense, technical telecom language and turn it into something human, confident, and clear.

Some days that means defining the narrative that anchors an entire campaign. Other days it’s refining the tone of a sales story, crafting thought leadership that builds authority, or creating internal work that strengthens culture from the inside out.

Brand isn’t a tagline. It’s consistency. It’s emotion. It’s the throughline. My job is to protect it, evolve it, and make sure it shows up powerfully — everywhere.
